Ingredients

  • 2 Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy Burgers
  • 2 Wholemeal Pitta Breads
  • 6 tbsp hummus
  • 3 tbsp tzatziki
  • 4 cherry or plum tomatoes, chopped into pieces
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2 handfuls of mixed leaves

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220C and cook the Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy Burgers on the middle shelf for 18 minutes
  2. Toast the pitta breads lightly to warm before spreading the insides with the hummus
  3. Stuff the pitta breads with the mixed leaves, chopped cherry or plum tomatoes, broken up cooked Quorn burgers before adding a dollop of tzatziki with a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds
  4. Serve and enjoy!
